These terms apply to your use of the SYNTVEX website and to the services we provide. If we sign a separate agreement or quote with you for a project, that document takes priority where the two differ.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes. Please do not try to break its security, interfere with how it works, or use it to send spam. The text, design and code of this website belong to SYNTVEX unless stated otherwise.
Quotes and project scope
Every project starts with a written quote that describes the scope, price and timeline. If you ask for work outside that scope, we will tell you how it changes the price or the schedule before we do it.
Payments
Payments are made as set out in the quote. Work on later stages may pause if an agreed payment is overdue.
What we need from you
To keep a project on schedule we need your content, feedback and approvals on time. You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos and other material you give us.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for in full, you own the custom work we made for you. Open-source and third-party components stay under their own licences. Unless we agree otherwise, we may show the finished project in our portfolio.
Support after launch
Support is provided for the period stated in your plan or quote. It covers fixing problems in the work we delivered. New features and larger changes are quoted separately.
Third-party services
Projects often depend on other companies, such as hosting providers, payment gateways and email services. We are not responsible for outages, changes or fees from those providers, but we will help you deal with them.
No guarantees about results
We work carefully to build fast, well-structured websites, but we cannot guarantee particular search rankings, traffic or sales, because those depend on many things outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SYNTVEX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
