- Client accounts. If we have set up a client login for you, we store your email address, your password (in encrypted form) and the details of your project.
- Reviews. If you submit a review, we store the name and comments you provide.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our servers record basic information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. If we use analytics, it gives us anonymised statistics about how the site is used.

Who we share it with

The public pages of this website work without requiring cookies. The client and admin areas store a login token in your browser so you stay signed in, and it is removed when you log out. If analytics is enabled, it may set cookies to count visits.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records. Client account and project data is kept while the project or support period is active, and afterwards for as long as we need it for support and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted passwords and restricted admin access to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
Your choices

Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
